Language hubs
Each hub is a small office with its own translators, LQA testers and a voice partner nearby. Languages are grouped by hub so teams can sit together.
Pittsburgh
Head office · Production · English source review
Where project producers, finance and the people who answer the general inbox sit. Also home to our English editing team, who tidy source text before it goes out for translation.
Montréal
French (Canada and France) · Italian · Dutch
Our oldest hub after Pittsburgh. Runs most of our French-language voice work and a large share of LQA for European languages.
Lisbon
Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil) · Spanish (Spain) · Catalan
Iberian and Brazilian teams in one place, which helps more than you'd think when a client wants the two Portuguese variants to feel related.
Kraków
Polish · Czech · German · Ukrainian · Turkish · Nordic languages
Our largest LQA floor, and where most of the Central and Northern European languages are handled.
Seoul
Korean · Japanese · Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) · Thai
Covers East and Southeast Asian languages, and also handles a good part of our Korean- and Japanese-source projects going into English.
Mexico City
Spanish (Latin America) · Brazilian Portuguese LQA overflow
The newest hub, opened in 2022. Latin American Spanish translation and voice, plus extra LQA capacity in busy months.
Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese and a handful of other languages are handled by our freelance network and reviewed by a staff lead.
